My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The classical style decor throughout the hotel made me feel like a noble person, but the overpowering smell of smoke and air fresheners in the room was off-putting. The room was spacious and fancy, but too small to even open my suitcase comfortably. The pricing was reasonable overall.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. While some staff members were lovely and customer-oriented, others were quite rude. It could benefit from more attention to solving small issues.

The location was a highlight, being very central in the old town with easy access to the metro. However, the hotel felt a bit old despite its nice surroundings.
